Technology That Connects
Learning, Assessment & Compliance
DigitalDesk, Inc. develops secure cloud-based technology for organizations responsible for educating, assessing, credentialing, licensing, and managing the people they serve.
Founded in San Antonio, Texas in 2011, DigitalDesk has grown from its roots in education technology into a comprehensive platform company serving K-12 education, higher education, and business and government organizations.
Our technology connects capabilities that have traditionally required multiple systems—including learning management, assessment, analytics, professional licensing, credential management, continuing education, regulatory compliance, and artificial intelligence.
Our Story
DigitalDesk began with a simple objective: improve how organizations use technology to support education. As our customers' needs evolved, the problems we were asked to solve expanded far beyond traditional course delivery.
Learning required better assessment. Assessment required deeper analytics. Professional education connected to certification and continuing education. Credentialing connected to licensing and renewal. Regulatory organizations needed authoritative records, secure examinations, compliance workflows, and integration with other systems.
Rather than building siloed point solutions, we developed an interoperable architecture designed specifically to manage this entire progression with precision, compliance, and ease—so that today, our platforms support three distinct markets while sharing a common technology foundation designed around the people those organizations serve.
“DigitalDesk evolved alongside these requirements, and today our platforms support three distinct markets while sharing a unified technology foundation designed around the people those organizations serve.”
Who We Serve
DigitalDesk technology adapts to different missions while maintaining a connected foundation for learning, assessment, analytics, credentialing, and compliance.
K-12 Education
DigitalDesk helps educators create connected learning environments where instruction, assessment, collaboration, and student progress work together.
LearningSuite supports course and content delivery, assignments, assessments, learning objectives, communication, and analytics—giving educators and administrators greater visibility into student performance and educational outcomes.
Our focus is technology that supports teaching and learning while remaining intuitive for educators and students.
Higher Education
DigitalDesk helps colleges and universities connect academic instruction, assessment, learning outcomes, student engagement, workforce development, continuing education, and credentialing.
LearningSuite provides a flexible foundation that can integrate with the broader institutional technology ecosystem, while SolyraAI™ helps institutions understand student performance, evaluate learning objectives and assessment quality, identify potential academic risk, and discover patterns across courses and programs.
Business & Government
DigitalDesk helps government agencies, regulatory authorities, credentialing organizations, and businesses manage licensing, assessment, credentialing, continuing education, and compliance.
LearningSuite and LicenSure™ support the professional lifecycle from application and eligibility through examination, licensing, renewal, and ongoing compliance. For regulatory organizations, LearningSuite can serve as a Regulatory System of Record, connecting authoritative constituent and credential information with assessment, education, and compliance workflows.

Technology Is the Tool. Better Outcomes Are the Goal.
DigitalDesk continues to invest in artificial intelligence, assessment science, analytics, learning interoperability, automation, cloud infrastructure, and secure system integration.
But technology itself is not the objective.
We build technology to help educators understand their students, institutions understand their programs, regulators serve their constituents, licensing organizations protect professional standards, and businesses manage complex workforce requirements.
That principle has guided DigitalDesk since 2011 and continues to shape what we build next.
Let’s Build What’s Next.
Whether your organization is educating students, developing professionals, administering assessments, issuing credentials, managing licenses, or overseeing regulatory compliance, we would welcome the opportunity to learn about your program.
